Solas Red Light Configurations
Red light wavelengths are between 630-700 nm. These are an ideal length to penetrate the dermal layer of the skin. These wavelengths offer benefits for the skin. There are studies showing collagen production. Many of our customers want the benefits of this wavelength for crows feet and fine line wrinkles. The good thing is that the Solas units are able to switch just the 660nm range of light so you can focus on your skin goals.
DUAL WAVELENGTH 660NM/850NM
Looking for the best of both wavelengths? Solas devices can be switched to offer both 600nm and 850nm. Multiple studies suggest that red light wavelengths (660nm) and near-infrared wavelengths (850nm) work best delivered in together. Both wavelengths offer their own benefits which we discuss here. Solas combination wavelengths can be switched to provide only 660nm or 850nm or you can turn both wavelengths on simultaneously. We feel this provides greater treatment flexibility to the user. For those who want the cellular benefits such as ATP production (see our article here) and the benefits of collagen production (see here) then choosing our panel with the dual-wavelength will give you the best outcomes!
