What does this limited warranty cover?

These limited warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Company will repair or replace, at no cost to you. Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Solas will do in the event of unit failure

Company will either repair or replace the unit at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts for the unit. During the trial period the Company will be accountable for shipping costs. After the first 31 days, Buyer will be responsible for unit shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Company. Company will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage to Buyer while in transit.

What does the limited warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence from the buyer, improper maintenance, unit alterations; damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters; theft or loss of the Product. In these events the Buyer will be responsible for all costs to replace the unit.


How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period is for 24 months from the date of purchase. The Buyer must fill out the Company warranty form within 90 days after purchase. This will ensure that the Company acknowledges that the unit is in use and covered by the warranty.
